Roads within the City of Marshfield should be considered impassable due to rapidly deteriorating weather conditions.
The City of Marshfield Street Division is working continuously to keep roads open; however, crews are unable to keep pace with worsening conditions at this time. Travel is strongly discouraged. Emergency response and other public safety services may be limited or delayed.
Residents who are currently at work are encouraged to remain there rather than attempt to travel home until conditions improve. Unnecessary travel is contributing to increased demand on police, tow operators, and Street Division crews responding to weather-related incidents.
Residents are urged to stay off the roads, remain in a safe location, and avoid travel unless absolutely necessary.
